Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number when you create an account or book a ride.
Booking Information: Pickup and drop-off addresses, scheduled dates and times, vehicle preferences, and payment information.
Payment Data: Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
Location Data: With your permission, we collect your device location to auto-fill pickup addresses. You can deny location access and manually enter addresses.
Communications: If you opt in to SMS notifications, we store your phone number and messaging preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply.
We use collected information to:
Process and manage ride bookings. Send booking confirmations, ride updates, and driver notifications via email and SMS (with your consent). Process payments through Stripe. Improve our services, pricing, and user experience. Communicate with you about your account or bookings. Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:
Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Google Maps (addresses), and Supabase (data storage) — each bound by their own privacy policies.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure payment processing via Stripe, and access controls on our databases. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
By opting in to text message updates, you consent to receiving transactional SMS messages related to your bookings, including confirmations, driver updates, and cancellation notices. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.
